Did you ever dream of sailing the high seas of salty ocean, seek buried treasure, fight many evil pirates, and become a name in history as the king of the pirates?

Luffy D. Monkey stars in this wonderous and bizarre adventure in One Piece, has a boy who has eaten a magical Gum-Gum Fruit that has transformed his whole body to rubber. With these strange powers, Luffy sets off to sail the high seas and in search of crew members, to set sail to find the hidden sacred treasure of One Piece. Stubborn and cheerful, Luffy's goal is to become the king of the pirates as a promise to an old pirate friend when he was very little.

Luffy's crew members are also to be reckoned with: Roronoa Zoro, a fierce swordsman who uses three swords; Usopp, a long-nosed liar and a skilled slingshot fighter; Nami, a pretty pirate theif; and Sanji, the kick-fighting cook. Together with Luffy, the crew sets sail for adventure and fighting bizarre and evil pirates.

Humorous and tantilizing, the show itself brings to life many vibrant and colorful characters and many fighting sequences between good and evil, which makes this show an excellent anime to watch. If you like fighting anime and would like an adventure with many cliffhangers after every episode, this is the show for you. I personally love this show because of Luffy and his crew get into so many wrong turns in their search of One Piece and their action scenes in fighting are pretty cool to look at. You'll be gut-wretching in amazement when you see them fight.
