Jiro Agino does not like the time in which he lives, where the government forces you to be happy. He steals a time machine (which can only go backwards) and time trips into the past followed by a hunter, a time cop, whose job is to bring back fugitives like Jiro. Jiro is shot down by the hunter, and is forced to crash land in modern Japan. There he runs into Nobucho (a rugby player) and his friend Shinichi (a computer geek), his would-be girlfriend Toko, and their teacher, Hakubei. Jiro commanders their vehicle (an RV belonging to Toko's brother). He hooks up the time circuit and off they go into history. After this, the plot gets convoluted with reincarnation, chaos theory, time traveling super ninjas, and feudal Japan political maneuvering.

My opinion: I'll give this one the benefit of a doubt, its obviously a kick to late eighty's anime. Sure the plot is a little off, but its nostalgic fun.
